Boutique Hotel Meets Communal Living in this Stylish New Hotel in Frankfurt’s Ostend
The Lindley Lindenberg in Frankfurt’s Ostend is a synthesis of hotel and residential community, a guest collective. A look at the fully glazed front facade provides a glimpse into the artfully designed communal spaces. Restaurant, lounges, kitchen, co-working space, and indoor farm ensure that guests feel at home here for weeks, months, or even years. Frankfurt-based Studio ABERJA is responsible for the eclectic design: Handcrafted one-of-a-kind items, restored Thonet furniture, design pieces and more than 500 works by contemporary artists adorn the boutique hotel. The compact, colorful rooms feature stylish Art Deco elements and cozy Fennobed mattresses. Restaurant Leuchtendroter, little sister to Michelin-starred Seven Swans, offers creative plant-based cuisine whose ingredients come from the hotel’s own permaculture farm Braumann meadows in the Taunus Mountains.
