The property is located amidst beautiful nature in the quiet historic village of Arico el Nuevo in southern Tenerife. Designed with a very natural and unique aesthetic approach, the focus on sustainability is seen in every aspect. The first villa Mimosa opened in August 2022, with an infinity pool and jacuzzi on 200 square meters of private terrace and garden to enjoy the silence and connect with oneself.
A second accommodation has recently been added to the offering: Villa Mimosa. Spanning approximately 50 square meters, it is an elegant and secluded retreat featuring warm tones, natural stone and wood materials, and direct access to a private garden with a hammock. The holistic approach remains at the core – ideal for those seeking relaxation and regeneration in a tranquil setting.
Drawing on the ideas of holistic health and healing, a wide range of therapies are on offer, such as naturopathy and mindfulness. Treatments include deep fasting and regenerative autophagy with medical support, as well as cryotherapy, the targeted use of cold to achieve therapeutic effects. The wellness program ranges from yoga and pilates to vegan nutrition, and various relaxing and therapeutic massage techniques such as shiatsu, breathing exercises, and meditation. Hydrotherapy, a particularly gentle treatment option, is also used for regeneration.
Believing that a healthy diet with high bioavailability provides great benefits for the body and mind, Ecohotel El Agua offers three different types of cuisine guests may choose from: vegan fare, raw vegan food (not cooked over 41 degrees), and local vegetarian food where guests can choose from ovo, lacto, or pescetarian.
