Vegan Agrivilla i Pini – Slow Living in the Heart of Tuscany
Summer Season from April until October
Vegan Agrivilla I Pini is the perfect refuge for a quiet and vegan vacation. Surrounded by endless nature, far from any hustle and bustle you will find a magical place. This organic agriturismo defines luxury as a combination of the purest and most natural components. The 11 elegant rooms, all renovated in 2018 create a relaxing and quiet space. Everything is natural and handmade: from Tuscan terracotta tiles on the floor to hand-sewn linens. Walls made of hemp, clay, and rice husks create a sustainable and healthy indoor climate. Refurbished vintage furniture adds to the stylish and minimalist interior.
The plant-based Agrivilla I Pini is a medieval estate surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Sourcing most ingredients from its own organic garden, the farm’s vegan restaurant is truly seed to table. Everything is handmade and without refined sugars or grains. Enjoy delicious, wholesome fare inspired by the culinary traditions of Tuscany with a glass of ancestral wine. Agrivilla I Pini provides the perfect setting to enjoy culinary delights while the sun sets behind the patio overlooking the awe-inspiring landscape.
Each season is unique and beautiful. If you visit during late summer or fall, you may experience the villa’s olive harvest in October. To relax take a dip in the beautiful saltwater pool or join a mindful yoga session. Nature is all around, setting an atmosphere to slow down, daydream and breathe more consciously. Putting the mind at ease is I Pini’s interpretation of living within the Tuscan countryside. Immerse in nature by feeling the warmth of the sun, a tiny wind breeze every now and then as well as the refreshing smell of the surrounding vegetation. What more does one need?
