A Place of Strength with Heart and Soul: Sensoria Dolomites - a Place for the Essential.

The Sensoria Dolomites welcomes guests aged 14 and over.

In the mountains, in the heart of South Tyrol, Italy, you'll find Sensoria Dolomites — a boutique wellness hotel where relaxation and nourishment for the soul are the team’s main priorities. Located on Europe’s largest high alpine pasture, the Alpe di Siusi, it’s a place for those who value peace and a sense of security — and who respect our greatest treasure: the nature that surrounds us.

The 47 rooms and suites offer timeless design and sleeping comfort with mountain views - an interplay of color, form, material, and light. Boasting a private spa area including an outdoor whirlpool and sauna, the suites provide luxury and a bond with nature. All materials are sourced from local producers and the surrounding forests.

Sustainability is deeply embedded in every aspect of the Sensoria experience. Electricity is produced using the hotel’s own solar power system, while biodegradable products and a strict waste separation policy ensure minimal environmental impact. Fabrics and materials are locally sourced and certified, with no plastic used throughout the property. Even the green rooftops and wildflower meadows surrounding the hotel are designed to support biodiversity and connect guests with the rhythms of nature.

The hotel's kitchen emphasizes regionality, serving refined and multifaceted dishes, enriching and invigorating. The cuisine is inspired by favorite Italian dishes, innovative cooking trends, and South Tyrolean nature. Wherever possible, they use the best products from the region. Menus are created with a passion for people who love sustainable and good food.

The All-Day Inclusive Package offers Alpine-Mediterranean gourmet journeys in harmony with the seasons. The spa area indulges with wellness treatments and saunas, such as the spacious Finnish experience sauna with views of the Schlern mountain range and forest. Find relaxation in the bathhouse with heated indoor and outdoor pools. In view always the enchanting mountainscape of the Dolomites.

Enjoy unrestricted freedom, oblivious to time and lost in daydreams. The best ski slopes are right at the doorstep. Discover dreamlike landscapes of South Tyrol in all seasons while hiking, skiing, or relaxing.

Wonderful two night stay at Sensoria last week. This place is really top notch, luxurious, stylish, and comfortable. Loved the location near the Seiser Alm cable car. This place is really top notch, luxurious, stylish, and comfortable. Loved the location near the Seiser Alm cable car. It was very easy to walk 5 minutes over to the cable car base to spend a day skiing. Spending time at the hotel is also so enjoyable and relaxing, the heated indoor/outdoor pool is great and has amazing views, and the spa had impressive offerings of saunas and a steam room. Incredible place to relax in from the cold. The restaurant is also very high quality, and breakfasts were fantastic. We didn't have full board, but we ended up eating dinner at the hotel one night and it was really delicious, high gourmet quality experience. The staff all around were very friendly and helpful. Aesop products throughout is also a very nice touch! [...]

Spent a few days over Christmas 2024. What stands out for this place is most definitely its amazing spa. The sauna ritual is truly unique (especially for someone like me not used to this tradition), and the overall structure was truly impressive and very comfortable. The sauna ritual is truly unique (especially for someone like me not used to this tradition), and the overall structure was truly impressive and very comfortable. The rooms are cozy and the restaurant for all meals + the afternoon “aperitivo” is excellent. What I did not like: a) the location, at the bottom of a valley, the sun sets very early and it is generally quite dark, unlike many other places just atop the Alpe di Siusi one gondola away; b) the almost complete lack of places to relax outside of the spa: 4 small tables next to the main lobby, quite shabby and with very limited availability to just chill and read a book; c) the massage at the spa was terrible, not at the level of a place like this. All in all a very nice experience but definitely not a place where I would go back, if I were to visit the region again I’d rather try something else [...]

We visited Sensoria Dolomites in January 2026 and had the most beautiful time. Since this is a review (and not a blog 😉), I’ll focus on a few highlights: - The hotel is exceptionally well maintained – it honestly looks completely new. -The design is a beautiful blend of organic and Japandi style, which made the whole place feel very cosy and homey. -The many lounge areas around the reception are extremely well thought out. We spent almost every evening there playing games and enjoying the great drinks from the bar. -The all-inclusive concept really allows you to fully relax without any worries. Almost everything is included, from wines and spritzes to a great assortment of teas, coffee, etc. - The room was a little on the small side, but very cosy and spotlessly clean. - The spa is amazing! The pool has the most incredible view, and the relaxation area is also very cosy. We spent many hours there. - There are many saunas to choose from – just be aware they are all naked saunas 😄 Not our personal preference, but probably a cultural difference. - The food was exceptional: very tasty, diverse, and they catered wonderfully to my allergy. - The staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Patrick, Manuela, Luciano, and Ilaria. The reception team was incredibly responsive to my emails – honestly one of the most responsive teams we’ve ever communicated with. We would absolutely love to come back and can highly recommend Sensoria Dolomites for a relaxing, high-quality stay. [...]
