Ethos Vegan Suites is a small, eco-friendly hotel with 5 suites and a vegan breakfast menu, located in the capital of Santorini, Fira. Each suite has a private balcony and a Jacuzzi. Walls of flowers and herbs and an organic rooftop garden blend with elegant accommodations. The concept is based on the respectful treatment of local nature and the environment.

This Bed & Breakfast offers authentic Santorinian hospitality that highlights the unique character of the island, leaving a minimal environmental footprint. The concept is based on environmentally friendly and energy-efficient practices such as recycling, composting, and farm-to-table cooking. Interior walls are made of clay, wheat, and cannabis, giving guest rooms a balance of natural materials and the bioclimatic benefits of Santorini architecture.

A dedicated concierge is available for tips, putting together excursions in and around Santorini, and arranging whatever you may need. Private yoga, massage, or spa treatments are also available.

If you've read any of the other reviews, it will come as no surprise that everything was fantastic. The owners Coskun and Artemis are thoroughly lovely people and the embodiment of hospitality. They take obvious pride on their work, and boy does it show. The breakfast is gorgeous vegan homecooking by Artemis and varies daily. The complementary evening nibbles (homemade, obviously) were a lovely touch. The room was spacious, elegant and comfortable. Also, if you like cats and possibly miss your own, the semi-adopted couple Sheriff and Lady may take very little convincing to join you in your room and cure any feline homesickness. If we ever return to Santorini, Ethos will be our homebase for sure. No notes, perfect stay. Thank you for making our first stay in Greece so special! [...]

Every detail was crafted with love — from the fresh juice and jams to the creamy hummus — all prepared by Crisnos himself and delivered to our room with a smile. He went above and beyond for our group of ten. He helped plan an unforgettable private sunset catamaran tour on the Aegean, using his local connections to secure us an incredible deal. When one of our travel companions’ luggage was lost, Crisnos personally drove to the airport to retrieve it. He also handled all of our taxi arrangements, making it effortless for us to explore the island without a worry. Crisnos is the epitome of care, professionalism, and generosity — a host who anticipates your needs before you even know them. The property itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and embodies the calm, eco-luxury spirit that makes Santorini so special. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous — modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind. Crisnos truly makes the experience unforgettable. His warmth, attention to detail, and incredible breakfast spreads (complete ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Ethos Vegan Suites a million stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Easily in my top three favorite accommodations ever! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous — modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind.
