The concept is based on environmentally friendly and energy-efficient practices such as recycling, composting, and farm-to-table cooking. Interior walls are made of clay, wheat, and cannabis, giving guest rooms a balance of natural materials and the bioclimatic benefits of Santorini architecture.
A dedicated concierge is available for tips, putting together excursions in and around Santorini, and arranging whatever you may need. Private yoga, massage, or spa treatments are also available.

We are staying here for 11 days, and it’s only our third day, but I simply couldn’t wait any longer to write this review. It is very rare for a place to leave such an incredible impression in such a short time.
The location is perfect. The apartments are tucked away in a quiet little street just below one of Fira’s main streets. Everything is within walking distance, yet it’s peaceful and completely free from the noise of the busy center. An even bigger bonus is the large free parking area right in front of the property, which is a huge advantage on Santorini.
The breakfast deserves a special mention. Every single morning it is completely different, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can truly see the love and care put into every detail. The owner personally brings it to your room at whatever time suits you best. I’m not vegan, but every breakfast has amazed me and completely changed my perspective on vegan food. It is creative, fresh, flavorful, and simply outstanding.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the private hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the island.
What truly makes this place exceptional, though, is the people. Coksun and Artemis are without a doubt among the kindest and most welcoming hosts we have ever met. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a welcome drink and a detailed explanation of the island, complete with their personal recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and hidden gems. Whatever you need, whether it’s help finding the best rental car, assistance with the air conditioning, or absolutely anything else, they are always there with a smile and genuinely happy to help. They make you feel like a valued guest, not just another reservation.
We have traveled to many places around the world and visited almost every Greek island, but this level of hospitality is something truly special and incredibly rare. Thank you for making our stay even more memorable. We already know we’ll be coming back, and we will recommend this place to everyone we know.

The location of the hotel is at the central which is excellent but down in an alley so it was very quiet so no need to worry about noise. We cant wait to come back to the best hotel in santorini.

This personal attention immediately creates a sense of trust and shows a genuine commitment to customer service.
The room was perfect and had everything I needed during my stay. The décor is elegant and soothing, creating a very relaxing atmosphere, and the bed is exceptionally large and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
I also loved the private jacuzzi on the balcony, which allows you to enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation in the water whenever you wish, in a quiet and intimate setting.
Breakfast is another highlight of this hotel: it is generous, complete, and served at whatever time you prefer in the morning, making the start of the day even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the owner and the entire team for their kindness, availability, and all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so special. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with outstanding hospitality in Santorini.
