Ethos Vegan Suites is a small, eco-friendly hotel with 5 suites and a vegan breakfast menu, located in the capital of Santorini, Fira. Each suite has a private balcony and a Jacuzzi. Walls of flowers and herbs and an organic rooftop garden blend with elegant accommodations. The concept is based on the respectful treatment of local nature and the environment.

This Bed & Breakfast offers authentic Santorinian hospitality that highlights the unique character of the island, leaving a minimal environmental footprint. The concept is based on environmentally friendly and energy-efficient practices such as recycling, composting, and farm-to-table cooking. Interior walls are made of clay, wheat, and cannabis, giving guest rooms a balance of natural materials and the bioclimatic benefits of Santorini architecture.

A dedicated concierge is available for tips, putting together excursions in and around Santorini, and arranging whatever you may need. Private yoga, massage, or spa treatments are also available.

We had such a lovely, special and relaxed honeymoon at Ethos Vegan Suites and our stay was made all the better by the loveliest hosts Coskun and Artemis 💛. We received the warmest welcome with plenty of helpful recommendations to fill our time in Santorini, we ate in the majority of the restaurants recommended and they were all excellent and one of our favourite days was completing a recommended hike to see the sunset 🌅 Our room was very clean, relaxing and comfortable and we loved spending time on the rooftop in the jacuzzi which was so refreshing during the warmest hours of the day! The beautifully prepared vegan breakfasts made our trip, you can tell the love that goes into everything the hosts do, from little flowers in the napkins each morning to personally delivering breakfast and creating a different delicious vegan breakfast each morning 💛. We were so happy to try comforting recipes made with love and getting to try some traditional Greek recipes for breakfast! Thank you so much for the lovely experience that is Ethos Vegan Suites and for making our trip so memorable! We stayed at Ethos for our minimoon and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, made to feel at home, and given five star hospitality. Breakfast every morning was an amazing treat - something different every day and all so fresh and delicious. The hotel and rooms are so chic, beautifully designed, and comfy. The terrace is the loveliest spot to enjoy breakfast each morning or to relax in the evening. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed and feel the perfect mix of luxury, elevated and comfortable. It is the perfect base to explore the island of Santorini - just a few minutes walk to the bus station and the main town of Fira. You don’t need to be vegan to stay here - if you love warm hospitality, a family feel, great food, and a lovely atmosphere, this place is for you! This hotel is run by the loveliest family and we couldn’t recommend it enough! If we’re ever lucky enough to come back to Santorini, this would be the top of our list!
