Great service at the reception! The receptionist Lima was super friendly and helpful. Definitely won’t forget him! On top of that, the Sky Bar bartenders, Juan and Kevin, were incredibly kind and made the best cocktails. Such a fantastic experience! Loved it here both as a hotel guest and as a bar guest. I couldn't be more than happy as I am so far! I wanted to have a relaxed but also special bday, so I checked different hotels in Amsterdam, but the style of Jakarta Hotel is unique! That's why I decided to book my bday weekend here. Once you arrive at the hotel and park your car in the garage, you feel to be in a different world... you are warmly welcomed from the nice staff, also the amtosphere of the hotel with wood and real plants is something special. The receptionist was soo kind, welcoming me and my partner with a drink... that's so nice! :) I have ordered a bottle of wine and some pastry from the backery, which were delivered directly in the hotel room with nice postcard and hand-written messages from the staff... that's also another level of hospitality! Anyway... we went out, enjoying the city and visit it for all the day... once we were back, we had a quick dinner... the food is delicious! The Nagi Goreng was really delicious and well done! At the end of the day, we went on the rooftop to have some cocktails... the music was top! Nice mix from the dj, a sort of house music with some hints of lounge music, the right one you like to listen when you drink your cocktail and talk with your partner! Awesome! Also the wait staff was really nice... we had some good chitty chat with them, down-to-earth people and really professional! On Sunday, we started with the swimming pool and sauna... sooo relaxing! and after that, breakfast! I have to say: the food is soooo tasty! I couldn't stop to eat the spinach gratin, salmon, eggs and more! They were freshly prepared... de-li-ci-ous! Unfortunately the weekend past so fast and I had really a good weekend... and, the icying on the cake... a gift from the hotel: a tony chocolonely wrapped in a special paper representing the hotel and a nice hand-written postcard from the staff! I'm positively impressed by the people are working there, they really care of their customers and they really to the extra-mile to make you welcomed! Thanks for the weekend and I hope to came back soon again! [...]

Great hotel, clean, wellness prioritised. Came here for a weekend break with my wife after losing my late Father. Frank the hotel manager helped me change my booking dates despite booking a non refundable schedule, he even left us a postcard and lovely handwritten note with some bakery treats upon arrival. Great experience there and upon arriving I was welcomed kindly by the receptionist Ayub who was kind and even provided me with a european charging head as I had forgotten mine and given a lovely top floor room. The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The views were amazing for that morning sunrise. Situated a-bit further from central but easy transport links or for those mighty walkers give it 40-50 mins to reach your destination. Breakfast was stunning beautifully cooked and exceptional each day. They have a lovely bakery which is reasonably priced and serves a great variety. Staff are friendly and attentive. The only feedbacks I would give is that the vehicles crossing the bridge outside the hotel creates a boom noise which can be loud but as it becomes nightime this lessens. No hand soap in room but we used the body soap instead. Aircon could not be controlled and at times it was quite hot in the room. Gym was available but was quite small though if theres no space I fan understand. Other than that brilliant hotel great service, I cannot fault it, and a big thank you to Frank for his support in my time of need! [...]
