We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was nice and clean, great beds, wonderful restaurant and overall just beautiful. The thing though that made it so special was the fantastic staff! We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hotel was very nice, the facilities available were all very good, the rooms were always very clean, very spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. Breakfast was good, hotel was never noisy always calming and quiet such a great atmosphere. The optional spa amenities such as the massage, were really good and the laundry service was top tier. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, Tess specifically was very kind and made an effort to make our stay very comfortable, pointing out many things we can do and always there to help. Minor point: cups and utensils in the restaurants could be cleaned better I would absolutely come back to stay here again, it would be the first hotel I'd think of if I ever came back to Amsterdam.
