Conscious care for nature can be found in every element from heating to cleaning the water and decorations. The gourmet restaurant serves dishes made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients, most of which are harvested in the surrounding area. Wild herbs and vegetables are grown on raised beds in the garden of Hotel Pfösl. Every Thursday in summer guests have the opportunity to bake bread according to South Tyrolean tradition in the 300-year-old oven.
