- Nespresso coffee capsules are recycled and the coffee grounds are used to make rice in Alcácer do Sal, which is then donated to the Food Bank
- To protect the flora and fauna, the garden is planted only with endemic plants
- The fish comes from sustainable fishing
- No chemical cleaning or pesticides are used
- Beach clean-ups will take place from 2024 onwoards
- Average CO2 emmissions per guest is 15.1 kg per night
- The hotel monitors their energy consumption and use LED lighting and energy-saving devices, and motion sensors turn off the lights
- They use geothermal energy from the Quenturas spring for the pools hot water
- You won’t find single-use plastic in your hotel room
- Only glass bottles are used and there are large soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms
- Waste is separated and recycled and as little paper is used as possible
- Employees receive training on how to reduce waste
- Towels and bed linen are changed on request
