Located directly on Lake Constance amidst a four-hectare nature park, Seegut Zeppelin recently opened its doors in May 2024. The historic “Villa Gminder” as the central location and four new buildings form a harmonious combination of historical heritage and modern, sustainable luxury. The interior is elegant and close to nature: Lime plaster, local spruce wood, sheep's wool carpeting, and designer furniture from Freifrau and Horenglarus. Each of the 62 rooms has a balcony or terrace with a view of the gardens, Lake Constance, or the mountains.
The gourmet restaurant PINUS serves garden cuisine at Michelin star level. The innovative vegetarian cuisine is based on the root-to-leaf philosophy, in which all parts of the plants are processed. Organic meat and fish are also used in carefully balanced, fine compositions. Here as well, all parts from nose-to-tail are used.
Eight meeting and event rooms offer a magnificent view of the gardens or the lake. After a successful meeting, take a relaxing walk in the wildflower park or unwind in the wellness area. The garden spa includes a saunarium, a sauna with a view of the green surroundings, and a relaxation area. During the summer months, you can swim in the lake, where a generous staircase leads you down to the water. For a sense of place, change your clothes in traditional bathing huts.
The extensive gardens offer islands of tranquillity among wildflowers and century-old trees. We recommend sleeping with the window open and listening to the sounds of nature. Jump into Lake Constance in the morning to fully wake up before enjoying a delicious à la carte breakfast. There are many ways to relax: unwind in the wellness area or let the day pass by with a good book in the hammock. To active guests, we recommend visiting the Zeppelin Museum or doing a wine tour. Don't miss the delicious menu at restaurant Pinus in the evening.

- Screens in conference rooms automatically lower in the dark to protect against light
- Only environmentally friendly cleaning agents (Sonett) are used in the hotel
- Seegut Zeppelin obtains its electricity from renewable sources
- The entire building is supplied with geothermal energy and free cooling
- 100% of the lighting is energy-saving
- Sensors are installed throughout the building to switch lights on and off and regulate the temperature in the rooms
- Energy-saving and, where possible, classified appliances are installed everywhere
- CO2 emissions are determined as soon as sufficient data is available
- Pinus restaurant mainly uses regional and seasonal ingredients
- Much of the food comes from the immediate vicinity or from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden
- One focus is on vegan-vegetarian cuisine based on the root-to-leaf principle

- As there is no buffet, food waste can be easily avoided
