The 45 suites are crafted with natural wood, copper, and stone materials. With clean lines and a minimalist approach, the interiors exude a sense of calm. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite nature inside, while private balconies and terraces offer uninterrupted views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The lake is the heart of the retreat, a mirror of stillness. Around it, vast gardens extend, framed by pine trees and apple orchards. The day begins with birdsong and the gentle shimmer of the water.
The spa, La Primavera, is a haven of relaxation. The Finnish sauna opens directly onto the natural lake, inviting guests to cool off in its refreshing waters. A Roman steam bath, a bio sauna, and heated indoor and outdoor pools add to the sense of well-being. Treatments focus on the power of nature, using products from the South Tyrolean natural skincare brand VITALIS Dr. Joseph, enriched with plant extracts and alpine essences. Yoga and meditation sessions on the terrace or by the lake deepen the connection with nature.
The culinary experience at Seehof Nature Retreat is a journey through the seasons, celebrating local and regional ingredients. The menu blends Mediterranean flavors with alpine traditions, offering homemade pasta, freshly caught fish, and herbs from the retreat’s own garden. Breakfast is a feast of homemade bread, organic eggs from nearby farms, and fruit from South Tyrol’s orchards. In the afternoon, homemade cakes are served, while the evening brings a multi-course gourmet menu.
