The central location was incredibly convenient, with the subway right on the doorstep, making it easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable, though the mattress could possibly benefit from being flipped. We appreciated the chemical-free cleaning of the room, which aligned perfectly with the hotel’s eco-friendly values. The hotel has a lovely, cosy, family-run atmosphere that felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff—both at reception and during breakfast—were consistently kind, helpful, and responsive to every request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A few small areas could be improved: our room was above the kitchen, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings, and the air-conditioning was somewhat loud at night. The carpet had a few stains, and it would have been nice to have at least one English TV option. Overall, these were minor points in an otherwise wonderful stay. The care, hospitality, and clear love for the environment really set this hotel apart. We would happily recommend it and would love to return. [...]

There's a subway access 20 m across, and it's right next to the city center anyway. The rooms were spacious, always clean and warmly decorated. You have small 5 star experience ! Henriette Stadthotel is outstanding. In all our travels, staying in many hotels, the staff at the hotel are the friendliest, most professional and helpful that we have ever encountered. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent. Will definitely stay again I recommend the hotel very highly.
