We enjoyed everything during our stay at the end of October 2025. It started with greetings by very nice staff members, helping us with storing luggage, and with navigating the city, getting us in a bit early and with a wonderful upgrade! The room was very comfortable and a good size, with every thoughtful detail starting within a bench and coat hooks at the entrance, plenty of various storage in the room itself, and a nice bathroom with 2 mirrors and enough space for everything. The balcony was a really nice bonus. The breakfast was amazing - freshly made juices and crepes, variety of eggs made to order, great selection of cheeses, yogurts, muslie, oatmeal, coffee, tea, homemade preserves and local honey from the roof, and many more delicious food! The location was excellent - the metro was right there, with 2-3 short stops to rhe center, depending where we're going, but away from craziness of the center itself. Plenty of various restaurants and coffee shops within short walking distance. Our favorite was Premium bakery and pizza cafe, outstanding pastries, pizza, coffee, and wonderful service, literally 100 feet from the hotel. And a restaurant across the street we went for schnitzel for by recommendation of the hotel staff, turned out to be wonderful, so we went there twice during the week. [...]

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a newly refurbished family suite in October 2025 and the room had everything we could have asked for. Great shower, comfy beds, loads of space, decent little balcony. The room overlooked the courtyard, which was nice and quiet. Other notable things: The staff are super helpful. Very knowledgeable about Vienna and willing to help plan days out or explain where and how to get tickets for public transport. The location is brilliant. Right opposite the Nestroyplatz tube stop on the U1 line, so only 5 mins from the centre via the underground or a 20 minute walk from Stephansplatz. That said, it's also far enough out for it to feel a little quieter, on a wide, tree-lined boulevard with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a couple of handy supermarkets nearby. Fabulous hotel. We loved our stay at this hotel , the staff were super friendly, very helpful, and the vibe in the hotel felt very relaxed. The room was gorgeous, lovely and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the fresh breakfast selection. The location of the hotel was great, literally just Fabulous hotel.
