The 14 minimalist rooms and suites, inspired by Cycladic architecture, are all-white and elegantly simple, creating a tranquil environment. Every detail reflects the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, featuring solar water heaters, vegan Coco-Mat mattresses, and holistic, eco-friendly cleaning products.

Vegan cuisine is central to the Koukoumi experience, led by Executive Chef Angeliki Charami, who creates gourmet menus and gastronomic concepts for vegan restaurants and hotels. Seasonal dishes are crafted using produce from the hotel’s organic garden and trusted local Greek suppliers. Signature creations include ouzo and dill-infused pappardelle with carrot "salmon," steamed ginger vegetable dumplings, and vibrant Greek-inspired salads. Guests can also enjoy fresh smoothies and plant-based breakfasts designed to nourish and energize.

The wellness offerings include a spa with treatments such as rehydrating facials, detoxifying clay masks, and full-body scrubs that highlight natural ingredients. In the fitness center, personal trainers provide tailored sessions, while yoga and stretching programs can be personalized to guests’ needs. What an absolutely incredible hotel. We were picked up from the ferry and taken to the hotel and from the moment you're there, you are warmly welcomed. Our room was spacious, pristine and well maintained throughout the stay by the excellent housekeeping team. The real winner is the food which was impeccable. Our main reason for visiting was to be at an all vegan resort and it didnt't disappoint. Breakfast is a beautiful buffet with an array of sweet and savoury options with delicious cakes, fresh fruit and excellent tofu. It is a delicious spread and changed every day. We had dinner included in our package and it was amazing. Every dish was fresh and interesting and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and every meal was worth savouring. Could highly recommend the lasagne, the gnocchi and amazing puddings (but every option delivered on flavour). The hotel is near a small and quiet beach and a mini supermarket is very close by. We can't wait to visit again and get back in that perfect pool. [...]

This hotel is a gem in all aspects - it being 100% vegan (down to the smallest detail) is an added bonus. Vegans and non-vegans alike will love this place. We had the greatest time at Koukoumi. The staff makes you feel cared for, the food is more than amazing, there is a cute cat This hotel is a gem in all aspects - it being 100% vegan (down to the smallest detail) is an added bonus. Vegans and non-vegans alike will love this place. We had the greatest time at Koukoumi. The staff makes you feel cared for, the food is more than amazing, there is a cute cat you can cuddle with (if he lets you), the rooms are top notch - clean, modern, spacious but with a homey feel due to the many indirect lighting options. The pool is also great, magnesium in it instead of chlorine. A very well equipped gym and yoga sessions are offered to keep you fit throughout your stay. Daily cleaning in the rooms leaves you never wishing for anything. On top of that, the pool, the outdoor areas and mostly anything else geht’s cleaned on a daily as well, everything at the hotel looks pretty and aesthetically pleasing and is super clean on top of that. Any problem we had, any request that came up, we were never met with a „no“, the staff did everything to help or solve the problem which was amazing. There really isn’t much we didn’t like. Here are the small things that could be improved / should be kept in mind when booking: - The food is world class, but it comes at a price. A few „cheaper“ and simpler lunch options would have been great - Overall, the hotel isn’t cheap, it is a five star hotel (well deserved obviously) but it comes at a price - If the hotel is fully booked, it sometimes isn’t so easy to find a good spot at the pool - The hotel is located on a rather busy street, so keep in mind that there is some noise due to the traffic - The wardrobe variability/options are limited, a few more shelves or drawers would have been nice - Half of the rooms in the hotel have been newly built so there are a few tweaks needed here and there (shower head a bit loose, doors closing a bit heavily, no phone in the room yet) but nothing major That being said, it is worth the money and we will definitely visit again. My wife and I stayed at Koukoumi Hotel for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience. As vegans, it was such a relief to enjoy our holiday without constantly worrying about finding suitable food. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The My wife and I stayed at Koukoumi Hotel for our honeymoon and had an incredible experience. As vegans, it was such a relief to enjoy our holiday without constantly worrying about finding suitable food. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was the highlight for us. Every meal was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The vegan souvlaki was especially unforgettable. We also loved the 9-course degustation menu, which celebrated Greek and Mykonian culinary traditions through innovative plant-based dishes. The reception team helped us arrange a rental car, a tour to Delos, and other activities with ease. The spa experience was wonderful, the gym was well equipped, and our room was always spotless. A few small improvements could be made, such as offering more protein-rich breakfast options and reducing waiting times between dinner courses on busy evenings. However, these were minor points compared to the overall quality of our stay. Koukoumi is a truly unique hotel with a beautiful vision: a luxury, fully vegan, and sustainable five-star experience.
