Cas Gasi Ibiza is an exclusive yet personal Ibizan agroturismo offering discreet luxury and unique experiences. A refuge for everyone who seeks privacy and calm. The beautifully restored farmhouse sits on four hectares of lush Mediterranean landscape with olive groves, pine forests, fig, orange, and almond trees. While each is unique, its 18 rooms range from standard doubles in the main building to spacious suites and luxurious villas. Original juniper wood ceilings, whitewashed walls and handcrafted terracotta floors are complemented with colorful fabrics. You’ll find antiques, art work and coffee table books throughout the property.

Only recently opened to outside guests, the restaurant offers a fine-dining quality menu with local organic ingredients. Many are sourced from this sustainable agroturismo’s own grounds. One of the first hotels in Ibiza to establish an organic vegetable garden, well over 20 years ago, Cas Gasi is also one of the greenest hotels in Ibiza. Try their cold-pressed olive oil and dried olives.

The spa is equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and treatments rooms, as well as an outdoor pool and yoga deck. Start your morning with a free yoga class at the open-air yoga deck. Afterwards enjoy a wonderful breakfast before heading to the beach or Santa Gertrudis. Laze on the pool to wind down the day. And at night, indulge in an exquisite feast at one if the best restaurants in Ibiza.

This is an incredible place. Location is central, food is amazing, rooms are authentic. But… the real highlight of our stay was Cali. His kindness and incredible island knowledge tapped into our vibe. His recs are faultless! He is a gem. Thank you for an amazing stay

Having previously only stayed in villas on the island, this is as close to that experience as you're going to get in a hotel. The best thing about the hotel though is the size of the facilities and common areas vs the number of rooms. It has all the facilities of a much larger luxury property but only shared by 18 rooms, so there are loads of places to hang out and you never have to worry about not getting a sunbed by the pool or reserving a table for lunch or dinner. It's also in a great location- completely peaceful and rural, but only a 20-25 min taxi ride to ibiza town. Was great to be able to go clubbing easily and then return to such a peaceful environment to recover. [...]
