Built in the 1930s, the house has been elegantly designed. The Giraffe Manor's all-inclusive restaurant is a culinary delight. Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients from local markets and the Manor's own garden. The cuisine is a blend of local flavors and international classics and is served in an elegant setting that completes the overall experience.

Opened in 2021, the adjacent Retreat Manor offers an infinity pool, a spa with treatment rooms, and comfortably designed rooms for day stays.

Jambo Jambo! Our family of six had the most unforgettable stay at Giraffe Manor, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Even though we only stayed one night, it was the perfect amount of time to enjoy all the magical giraffe feeding times and soak up the charm of this iconic place. A special mention to our butler William, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He was attentive, thoughtful and made everything seamless for our family. The staff overall were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Salma Room, which was comfortable and beautifully presented. The two single beds were combined into a larger bed, which worked well for us. There wasn’t hot water during our stay, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience as everything else was so exceptional that it still deserves five stars. Giraffe Manor is everything we dreamed it would be and more. We left with incredible memories, lots of giraffe kisses and a deep appreciation for the wonderful team who made our stay so special. We spent one night at Giraffe Manor after our safari experience. The grounds are exquisite! We stayed in the Kelly room which is one of the rooms that are visited by the giraffe in the morning. To run you through our 20 hours there, we checked in just before lunch and received a short tour We spent one night at Giraffe Manor after our safari experience. The grounds are exquisite! To run you through our 20 hours there, we checked in just before lunch and received a short tour and had a safety briefing. Giraffe are pretty but they are wild and can really hurt you if you don’t pay attention. Lunch was amazing and we saw a few giraffe off in the distance while we ate. We then went to our room which had the largest bed I’ve ever seen. Tea with the giraffe at 4 with lots of picture opportunities. We had time for a visit to the Giraffe Center then got ready for dinner. The next morning our alarm rang at 5:45 to remind us to open our windows to greet our guests. We had one of the juvenile giraffe at first who had to stretch her tongue to reach the food. Edd came around shortly after and scared her away. Edd also consumed all the food we had. Breakfast at 7:00 included a visit from Betty. She is a messy eater but so fun to interact with. Our driver picked us up at 10 and whisked us off to the Elephant Center. [...]

I just returned from Giraffe Manor - the experience was exceptional. The grounds and buildings are picturesque, gorgeously appointed and take you back to another time. The service and staff are remarkable. A special thank you to Henry, who took great pictures of us and assisted us during meals. The food is top notch and every single person was kind, professional, and gracious. This was a lifetime dream come true. Only one gripe - we stayed in the Kelly room and the bed was hard as a sidewalk. I was very surprised that a hotel of this caliber had such a hard bed. However, being able to feed the giraffes from the room was a delight. I will definitely return.. [...]
