A Seaside Wellness Resort on Sicily’s Southern Coast, Surrounded by Olive Groves, Pines and Orange trees
The resort welcomes children aged four and over.
90 suites | 4 pools | Spa & thalasso | Beach access | Half board | Kids club for ages 4+
On Sicily’s southern coast, beside the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve, ADLER Sicilia sits just 300 metres from the sea. Luxury feels light and understated here. Set among olive groves, pines and orange trees, the wellness resort brings together an extensive spa, Sicilian cuisine and suites overlooking the Mediterranean. It suits couples and families with children aged four and over who want to combine beach days with spa time and exploring the island.
Sea-view suites and natural materials
Wood, earthy tones and large windows give the bright suites a warm, restful feel. Private terraces open onto views across the landscape towards the sea. Junior Suites offer 55 square metres of space. The 75-square-metre Family Suites accommodate up to four guests, with two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, giving parents and children space of their own.
Sicilian cuisine with half board
Half board includes a generous breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, fresh juices and Sicilian specialities, followed by an à la carte gourmet dinner. For lunch, the Osteria serves light dishes in a relaxed setting.
The kitchen follows a farm-to-table approach, from freshly picked oranges to the local catch. Produce from the resort’s own garden complements ingredients sourced from regional suppliers. The wine list brings together bottles from producers across Sicily and the rest of Italy.
Spa, thalasso and the beach
The ADLER Spa spans around 3,200 square metres indoors, with extensive outdoor areas. Its pools include a heated indoor-outdoor pool, a 25-metre lap pool and a rooftop thalasso pool. A Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam room complete the facilities. Selected areas are reserved for adults.
Start the morning with a few lengths in the lap pool, make time for a massage or head down to the sea. The sandy beach is accessible on foot or by shuttle. Daily yoga classes offer another way to settle into a slower holiday rhythm.
Explore the coastal landscape around Torre Salsa on walks, guided hikes and e-bike tours. Further afield, the Valley of the Temples near Agrigento and the white cliffs of Scala dei Turchi offer a glimpse of Sicily’s history and distinctive scenery.
Sustainability at ADLER Sicilia
The resort’s vegetable garden and its partnerships with local farmers, winemakers and craftspeople connect it to the surrounding region. Through its “ADLER for Planet” initiative, the resort participates in the EarthCheck certification programme, which monitors and assesses areas including energy and water consumption, waste management and local partnerships. You can find further measures in our sustainability criteria.
Family holidays with children aged four and over
ADLER Sicilia welcomes children from the age of four. At the AKI Kids Club, activities include sports, creative play and exploring nature. While younger guests are with the childcare team, parents can enjoy a spa treatment or an unhurried lunch.
