The menu is characterized by the farm-to-table concept, whether it's from the orange tree into the juice glass or from the fishing boat onto the plate - all ingredients are sourced locally and fresh. Connoisseurs can enjoy a wide selection of fine wines from the best producers in Italy.

You can unwind in the ADLER Spa with different pools, saunas, and relaxation areas, or on the golden beach. A wide range of health and beauty treatments await you in the Adults-only area. Overall you can’t fault the whole experiment. The setting is excellent, spa / pool / beach fantastic and the rooms are good not great. Staying at Adler was magical. Nestled in the Sicilian hills, this place feels like stepping into a real-life Hobbiton — lush green landscapes, charming architecture, and an overwhelming sense of peace. The most perfect place on earth. Each view, detail, facility, member of staff, mouthful of food, exercise class, activity, exceeds expectations.
