Guided by Slow Food principles and a deep respect for nature’s rhythms, Misura offers a farm-to-table dining experience shaped by the seasons. Ingredients are sourced locally and prepared in an open kitchen where the grill plays a central role, enhancing the natural flavours of each dish without excess.
